The revolution begins in the plates…
It is from this observation that the partners of the Insel Der Chancen program choose to meet, in islands of different countries, to give each other the chance to rediscover together the bases of a balanced life beginning with the preservation of our food health.
What do we put on our plates, under what conditions do we eat it, in what cultures do the dishes we prepare belong?
Participants explore these questions through language activities, visits and self-managed cooking workshops. They « feed off » these questions to leave with a richer experience of active intercultural citizenship.
Culinary travel diaries share the steps taken and are an invitation to the trips (inside and outside) proposed by the next editions of the program.
