- All participants gave a short presentation of themselves and their organizations. Yves Leveque gave an explanation about the project content and ideas behind the project.
- Best practices were presented by each partner: each partner gave a short presentation about the best practices found and how they think they can be embedded on the online course to be developed.
After presenting the best practices, partners reviewed the draft of the training modules from the application form, decided to maintain the preliminary structure of the course and proceed with the distribution of the modules, each partner will lead the creation of one module (Femxa will develop two), and may require feedback and support from partners if needed:
Module 1: Learning by helping methodology. (FEMXA)
Module 2: Introduction to social activism, how to find and approach local NGOs, and cooperate with them. Use of digital tools for social activism. (GO)
Module 3: How to repair clothes. (CIPFPM)
Module 4: How to repair furniture. (FEMXA)
Module 5: How to repair simple electronic devices. (PETIT PASS)
Module 6: How to repair toys and books. (Tropical Astral)
Upcoming activity LTTA- Trani (Italy. April 2024):
The LTTA dates in Trani Italy were chosen, 7-13.4.2024, 4 participants per organization. The partners will introduce their modules at the training. Training on how the platform works as well as testing the platform.
Dissemination activities and dissemination plan: partners agreed to boosting the dissemination activities and the following activities have been planned:
Dissemination was discussed, a LinkedIn page will be created by Portugal in the upcoming week.
A newsletter will be posted on the website of the project and the partner’’s page and disseminated through the partner’s networks. (Femxa).
The Portugal News will write an article about the project later on.
The target group: volunteers, NGOs – Portugal will create a stakeholder list for the partners to collect their contacts
A reminder was given to always use the new Erasmus logo and the disclaimer on the website, the platform and all the deliverables, newsletters etc.

EPALE: Femxa will write an article for EPALE based on the R1 document. The partners will translate this and add also to Epale in their native languages.
